Pure Raw Brands Return, Refund, and Purchase Policy
At Pure Raw Brands, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and purchase policies below.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 24 hours of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please email us at purerawbrands@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at purerawbrands@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and will either issue a refund or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference.
Purchase Policy
At Pure Raw Brands, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages once the package has been deemed delivered by USPS, UPS, or any other delivery company. Each package is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked through the delivery service used. If you encounter such an issue, please refer to the delivery company responsible for handling your package.

Site wide sales cannot be combined with any other offers, first time buyer, free shipping or any other offer.
