Black pepper contains piperine, which helps your body absorb curcumin, the active compound in turmeric. That's why turmeric and black pepper are traditionally paired.
How do I use the Wellness Blend?
Take a spoonful on its own, or stir it into warm (not boiling) tea or water. You can also add it to lemon water, golden milk or smoothies, or drizzle it on toast or oatmeal. Very high heat can affect raw honey's natural enzymes, so let hot drinks cool slightly first.
